Monumental Exhibitions
The Canadian Museum at Normandy. This museam exhibited artifacts depicting Canadian involvement in WWII. The main displays were organized chronologically along a curved hallway with one side showing what was going on in Europe, while the other side showed what people on the "home front" were doing to support the war effort from Canada. It was very well thought out and ended up being one of my favorite museums. The entire museum is funded by donations, and it not affiliated with the Canadian government.

On Tap
Ypres, Belgium has an amazing World War I museum which I thoroughly enjoyed. I have posted several pictures from the museum in the past, and will probably post more in the future. Attached to the museum is a wonderful cafe, with lots of chrome and glass tables and chairs. It was quite picturesque.

Gates of the Kingdom
This is the main gate into Le Mont-Saint-Michel. I will be posting more pictures of this monastery/castle in the future, as it is such an amazing place. It is built out on a small island off the coast of France, near Normandy. In old days it was an island, and a causeway was built to connect it to the mainland. Eventually the area around the causeway was filled with sediment which now forms a land-bridge.

An Engagement Downtown
I helped my buddy Nathan shoot some engagements the other weekend, and it ended up being a lot of fun. The couple was way fun, and Nathan showed me some neat places to shoot downtown. I especially liked the grungy alley shown in the first shot.

Brady & Kellie
I took some pictures for my good buddy Brady and his girlfriend. It was a good time and I got some pretty sweet pictures out of it. I had to pretend to not have time time to do anything with them so Brady's girlfriend could get some of them printed for Valentines Day. Now that is past, the secret is out, and I figure its okay for me to post a few of them.
In no particular order I present Kellie and Brady:
(hmm... the colors are less saturated once I view them through the browser, even on the same monitor... not sure why... oh well.. just image these slightly more saturated)
edit: I fixed the desaturation problem!! It turns out that I exported the pictures as AdobeRGB(1998), and that colorspace is recognized randomly by different browsers. I re-exported them using sRGB, the web standard (duh!) and now they look how I intended them!

Kinsey and Clark
Well, FINALLY I have decided that I really need to start updating my blog regularly. I have definitely had enough shoots lately to justify putting some shots up here. I have shot two engagements, a model portfolio shoot, and I am shooting another engagement this Saturday, and possibly another one in two weeks! Yahoo!
Anyways, here are just two for tonight of Kinsey and Clark. I will put more up as I work on them. These two are probably a bit over-processed, but its fun to do that every once in a while. :)
